Digital Precision
CAD models bring the design to life in three dimensions. Every angle, every facet, every tolerance is calculated to micron precision before a single gram of gold is touched.
Wax Prototype
High-resolution 3D printing creates the wax model. This is where geometry meets reality — the first physical manifestation of the digital design.
Lost-Wax Casting
The ancient art meets modern precision. The wax model is encased in investment plaster, burned out, and molten gold fills the void — transforming wax into precious metal.
Stone Setting
Under magnification, each stone finds its home. Prongs are shaped by hand, beads are raised, channels are cut — every setting technique chosen for security and beauty.
Finishing & Polish
The final transformation. Files, abrasives, and polishing compounds reveal the gold's true luster. Every surface, every edge, every interior curve is perfected by hand.
